A process. Nurture over nature. Was raised to respect each and all living creatures.

Rosa Parks, Eleanor Roosevelt, Condoleezza Rice, Mary Shelley, Emily Bronte, Ayn Rand, Mother Teresa, Benezhir Bhutto, Gabriela Silang (Filipina revolutionary), Golda Meier, my grandmothers, and Mother Mary.
In what ways has your feminism informed your life choices?
I've stopped minding what people, especially people of inferior values and complexes, to influence my decisions and life choices. The only weapons they have are words, and frankly... Talk is cheap. Actions last longer, and represents the real character within. A lot more honest, for one thing.
In what ways do you share your feminism with others?
I share my views on social media. Offline, in the Real World, I try to exude a certain dignity... Quiet dignity often speaks volumes.
Describe your vision of a feminist world.
That a person, regardless of their race, social status, gender, orientation, beliefs, is able to serve and benefit from the community, for the betterment of society. To reduce poverty and bring light and rectifications to the injustices made.
How I Define Feminism:
Women are treated fairly with corresponding dignity and respect and to be cherished for their talent and potential, based on their characters, not merely for their looks. Superficial appearances don't really last, so it's crucial to invest in the characters within.
As a financial analyst and a woman of color, in a dog-eat-dog industry dominated by males, I let my work and my actions do the talking. Results at the end of the day matter the most. Gender equality will slowly buy surely erode any kind of bias, prejudice, shallow misjudgment, and entrenched malice. The company is as strong or as weak as its lowest denominator. It is imperative that inclusiveness and variety of opinion are protected and celebrated, not merely tolerated. Unity among diversity - that is the purest of ideas.
